Mute Problem

using latest version of premiere , whenever mute track 2, "unmutes" minute hit play. solutions?

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac 10.11 el capitan have been known cause problems... operating system?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
