Responsive project are not displaying properly on mobile devices. Project displays only primary view. I adjusted project dimensions.

responsive project not displaying on mobile devices (via lms ilias). project displays primary view. adjusted project dimensions. it looks (picture below). can see found presentations problems, there pictures (dr. pooja jaisingh, sr. elearning evangelist @ adobe systems @ adobe).

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
