Organiser 12 does not see my camera when I plug it in.

suddenly photoshop elements organiser 12 not see camera when plug in. mac can see not organiser. worked fine short while ago , change can think of installed el capitain replace yosemite. have looked updates cannot find any. can provide solution?

i can't mac features, did consider using card reader? (good ones here @ 7 euros)

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
