photoshop elements 13 not working anymore

everytime try start photosop elements 13 message please not start within package, application folder.. in applicationfolder there no separate photoshop elements 13 program,. please help.

apple has had problems expired security certificates has affected apps downloaded mac app store. should able re-download app store "purchases" here 1 solution worked. give try following each step:

 

hi bob, having same problem on mavericks , suggestion worked me.  fyi, deleted elements, emptied trash, signed out of app store, restarted computer, signed in app store, downloaded elements.  i'm using osx 10.9.5 , elements 11.  hope of helps! larrypop1
