i downloaded adobe premiere elements ii on computer. crashed , fixed. however, program not downloaded again. redemption code said used. how loaded on computer

when use redemption code, understanding aim getting purchased serial number , serial number use during program installation. serial number now?

 

if have download , installed premiere elements 11, there possibility product got registered account @ adobe.

please consider looking going adobe web site, signing in adobe id , password, , navigating account , products listed under account. listing should include serial number.

 

do have installation files or installation disc premiere elements 11 specific computer operating system? if need them use purchased serial number need have, download , install files from
