COPY AND PASTE PROBLEMS--WORKED, NOW REFUSES TO

i have acrobat reader dc, , first time tried copying , pasting page word, worked perfectly. next time, pasted in blank box line around it, size pasted area should have been. when try it, there vertical blue line on over left-hand side of otherwise blank box. why worked once, , didn't, have no idea. uninstalled acrobat reader dc , reinstalled it, hoping might help--but no!  oh, help!!!!  !

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
