Installation frozen on 10% (AdobeHelp)

hi,

after contacting customer services & getting 0 posting here.

i downloaded new macbook update & photoshop cs5 stopped working. came "an unexpected , urecoverable problem has occurred" won't open.

i unstalled & tried reinstall. 1+ day later & installation still stuck on 10% (adobehelp) & says take 18,000+ minutes & counting!

i need photoshop asap have deadlines! help!

restart computer , terminate install.

 

if ps cs5 installed, uninstall using adobe uninstaller.

 

run cleaner per use adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems

 

restart computer , retry installing.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
