Security settings and Mail function

hello everyone,

i created pdf mail function , hidden field can see when print document.
the problem following:

i want forbid user print, can manage setting password protection. after mailing (the filled) document can use password unprotect document , print it.

but use mail function have provide document “activate functions” saving option, in end prohibits change of security settings.

i no longer able unprotect document printing.

 

is there way provide mailing, printing protection , changing of security settings?

what kind of “activate functions” ? why use this?
