UI dialog boxes is using the wrong font

don't know how explain this.  windows 7 x64 bit using adobe reader 10.1.10.  looks dialog box using example courier font.  not sure font it's supposed using.  forums suggest segoe.  have gone regedit , below see there when go c:\windows\fonts, see 5 fonts listed.  microsoft has segoe symbol font update not sure if need replace of these missing fonts or if problem.  not dialog box, whole adobe reader has particular font.  windows 7s font, however, not font @ , displays correctly everywhere else.  suggestions?

the latest update adobe reader x version 10.1.16. please update same , check if problem still persists. updating, either  click on 'help > check updates' or download directly adobe - adobe reader : windows : adobe reader 10.1.16 update - languages.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
