CS3 footnotes

just purchased cs3 macintosh, okay, running on old g5. want insert footnotes. right-click @ insertion point, contextual menu appears, insert footnote not option. not greyed out.

 

thank you, know how import ms word files footnotes. insert footnotes option in cs 3? no, it's not in type menu, either.

it very strange you can not find it

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
