Does anyone know how to close "SafariCloudHisto" when installing CS6 on a Mac? The normal force quit option doesn't work..

i'm trying install cs6 on mac yosemite os. says need close following applications continue , lists "safaricloudhisto" application. when go apple menu force quit, doesn't show up. i'm not sure how troubleshoot this...

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
