export video to lightroom

i saved video in 2 different file formats when exporting them elements premere12 hard drive on computer. when tried import them lightroom6, said couldn't recognize files. how import them intolightroom?

did output video or photo files? , formats did output them as?

 

lightroom should accept mp4s, can output publish & share/computer/avchd youtubehd preset.
