Lightroom v4, v5, v6 Will Not Print to DS40 Printer

the error "com.dnp.printer.wrongpapersize-warning"

 

mac osx 10.11.1 el capitan

lightroom v4 trail

lightroom v5 trial

lightroom cc 2015.2.1

 

photoshop cc 2015 prints it.

osx preview prints

 

why lightroom not print? racking brain here.

 

i've tried changing cell size, page setup, printer features, reset printing system, deleted printer, etc. printer installs itself, it's dye sub printer , recommended install not manually add printer in system prefs.

 

i've pretty confidently tried everything.

 

i guess i'm hoping might have had issue.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
