LiveCycle ES3 and EmailService

we moved exchange 2010 office 365. trying change configuration email via office 365 , getting following error -

 

2015-10-28 13:40:48,783 error [com.adobe.workflow.aws] (http-0.0.0.0-8080-2) exception thrown name com.adobe.idp.dsc.email.connectionfailedexception message:failed connect email server: <emailaddr>@<emaildomain>@<smtphostaddr> reason: can't send command smtp host while invoking service emailservice , operation sendwithdocument , no fault routes found configured.

 

can shed light on can fix issue.

did fix 1 . experiencing problem connect office 365 via email end point.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
