new computer problem won't accept "updated" purchase serial number

i have new computer

 

my adobe acrobat pro 11 "updated" license think problem program cannot find old version (no longer) updating from.  it  says have serial number.

 

what do?

enter old serial number when install programs gives screen

 

does old serial number show on account page?
