Photoshop won't open PSD File

hey,

i've got problem. worked yesterday @ photo , saved psd.

now want open , tells me isn't valid photoshop file.

 

what can / shall do?

can pleased copy , paste file different location , try open.

that might permission issue.

also please check whether happening every file or 1 odd file.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
