please back support your products i have bought Lightroom

i have bought adobe lightroom products don't work respond if @ difficult find adobe lightroom import button until have given when close out of frustration there can see import button somewhere late ... leads frustration??  please in future coordinate kind of training part way through involves lynda.com , promote working relationship 30 days still see adobe if act on asking training @ lynda.com   see no coordination @ between adobe.com , lynda.com , times programs come blackened out , nothing in drop down menu(s) in trial worse nothing coordinate start of project if , tutorials flat not respond , if program materials downloaded not run in program effectively  may there cannot use them apply , finish tutorial sophistication of these programs acceptable ... if children adults , professionals hope better results this.
