when i save a photo it has a green tint on the entire image

when save photo looks fine until open in program has green tint. can export in lightroom , open in goole drive or dropbox no issue. exact same thing photoshop has green tint on entire image

please reset photoshop preferences correcting color profile in photoshop.

 

steps:

to re-create preferences files photoshop, start application while holding down ctrl+alt+shift (windows) or command+option+shift (mac os). then, click yes message, "delete adobe photoshop settings file?"

 

if above step didn't help, please try , change color profile north america general purpose 2

steps:  edit > color settings , change settings option north america general purpose 2

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
