Unable to login after updating the Preflight App under iOS

since newest update of dps preflight app on ios i'm unable login see projects. i'm able login dps dashboard same user/passwords.

what do?

i have same problem - error message in dps preflight on ios (ipad air 2) saying adobe id , password don't match though they're correct. hence can't login preflight project.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
