i own pe13 full version, , have noticed there 40% discount pe14 on site, price full version 60usd

i did check how upgrade 13 -> 14 on side country , 81euro...

will there discount eu countries?

there has been special 30% discount offered adobe few weeks in france, , similar bundle elements plus premiere elements, it's on now.
