Adobe air apps won't install

for whatever reason apps operate on adobe air won't install or update on computer. tried open today , seem hangup on adobe air. uninstalled adobe air , re-installed latest version. downloaded latest version of app. when installed adobe air seemed go fine,.....when tried install app application install stated "(not responding)". see  jpeg file.

i have gone through , cleaned cache , have run virus , malware apps clean things still have same issue.

any ideas?? have never had problem before.

i have same issue, please adobe respond!

i tried uninstall , reinstall air nothing – apps installed don't run , won't reinstall either, installation window freezes.

it seems it's since last air auto-update, think remember giving permission auto-update few days ago...

 

i'm on windows 10 - 64bit

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
