Can't upgrade Photoshop Elements purchased from Apple App Store

some years ago purchased photoshop elements 10 apple app store.

last week had special upgrade offer reseller. on retailers website i've read requirement installation earlier version of photoshop elements, i ordered upgrade.

now try install upgrade on machine on photoshop elements 10 installed installer asks serial number don't have because apps apple app sore don't have additional serial number.

i tried email adobe directly ask can haven't found support email address.

can me?
