Cannot edit the PDF file when opened in Acrobat.

when open pdf in acrobat, there blank conversation bubble comes out, cannot edit or read of files. please see below image better idea.

i have tried uninstall , restart computer, still doesn't work.

please tell version of acrobat , os work on.

do experience pdf' or specific pdf?

does bubble pop while launching pdf or performing other function well?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
