How do I change the type of a set of alreade created forms from, say radio button to checkbooks,

working acrobat pro 9. have old pdf without forms , let acrobat pro identify , create forms. set of them became checkboxes wanted radio buttons. change form without removing formas , create new ones?

unfortunately, it's not possible convert form fields type directly in acrobat. way can re-create them new fields in same location.
