HTML Publishing Error - Captivate 8

using adobe captivate 8.0.1.242

 

we have many projects. same basic format. trying publish them swf/html. able publish except 1 project - 1 of our smaller projects.

 

i removed symbols file name , cleared cache.

 

the error "could not delete folder" folder extension.

 

any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

please try below few things,

1.check if have write permission folder publishing,

2.check if have opened of files before.

3.try changing project title in publish dialog.

 

still not issue resolved please share project @ dgp@adobe.com investigate.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
