I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 months and your instructions don't help ???

i @ wit's end - trying cancel adobe photoshop subscription. been on line 10 times in last few month's unable cancel.

 

i have cancel can't pay longer , livelihood not depend on photoshop.

 

i updated address, still includes south africa @ bottom of address, totally wrong , unable change it. live in calgary, alberta, canada.

please - must cancel immediately

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if continues fail try using different browser.
