No option for Rich Content PDF preset and no extras folder to load it from....

i have created booklet in illustrator , have saved .ps of use distiller create rich content pdf.  however, cannot find 'extras' folder rich content pdf preset supposed located ("the rich content pdf preset in extras folder" - adobe help).

firstly, accepting booklet has been created in illustrator, process above best way go creating pdf document has selectable text, hyperlinks etc (i take in acrobat pro dc finish job)?

secondly, how rich content option available in distiller pdf presets options?

 

i have cc account , work on late 2012 imac.

 

help!

i've been trying same thing. found extras folder, rich content pdf isn't in it. 

 

the extras folder should located in libraries > application support > adobe > adobe pdf

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
