loaded actions photo effects/actions , it's empty, not standard adobe ones there.   nothing showing up.

sounds program photoshop elements , not premiere elements. how thread got posted in adobe premiere elements forum (video editing). please re-post thread in adobe photoshop elements forum take advantage of specialized expertise there.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
