Reader XI not working since updating to Windows 10

have pdf file need view wrong adobe reader. tried uninstalling per control panel received message stating "the feature trying use on network resource unavailable"

 

also downloaded windows installer cleanup program. removed reader xi , downloaded adobe reader. during installation process stopped , received message stating "newer version installed"

 

when click on adobe reader dc start message pops stating "this action valid products installed"

 

tried viewing file in internet explorer , received pop-up stating "the adobe/acrobat reader selected viewing pdf documents in browsers cannot found @ installed location; may have been moved or deleted. please reinstall or repair application. (15:524)

 

i'm confused , appreciate help.

you can try using tool first remove traces of reader computer:

 

http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html


then, can download full offline reader installer from

 

http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

 

after downloading, restart computer , run installer before doing else.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
