Blurry Export

my lightroom experiencing issue second time now. export raw files card , blurred up! when called adobe got files , took 1 folder , drop in desktop , helped blurriness. can't remember folder or name of it.

 

please help!

please reset lightroom preferences , try it.

 

steps:

 

to reset preferences, following: quit lightroom. navigate preferences file:

mac os: /users/[user name]/library/preferences/com.adobe.lightroom5.plist.

windows 7, 8: c:\users\[user name]\appdata\roaming\adobe\lightroom\preferences\lightroom 5 preferences.agprefs

drag preference file desktop

and launch lightroom , try export feaure.

 

refer: preference file , other file locations | lightroom 5
