Fonts won't Display in Kindle App?

-

a/ created fixed layout epub indesign cc.
b/ deleted encryption.xml file.
c/ added font content.opf:
<manifest><!--fonts--><item id="dorovarflf-carolus" href="font/dorovarflf-carolus.ttf"; media-type="application/x-font-ttf";>
d/ made sure font in .css file @font-face
e/ ran latest version of kindlegen , disabled font in system.
result: font not displayed in fixed layouted epub in kindle.

what else can do?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
