How to cancel an annual Extension Builder subscription?

i not sure if right in forum, forwarded instructions canceling subscription.

 

on adobe account page go purchased products , subscriptions can manage subscription extension builder. there link canceling subscription. link leads support page found manual canceling subscription. manual tells have in touch adobe support, there no way in touch adobe support. instead forwarded forums. why asking here.

 

does have hint me how proceed?

for link below click still need help? option in blue area @ bottom , choose chat or phone option...
make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if continues fail try using different browser.
