I can't change my account email address or country, or cancel my account

i've moved uk australia. understand forum not possible change country of account. have therefore tried change account email address suggested (so can create new uk account associated email) when type different email address in under 'account settings' message saying "your account changes couldn't saved".

i have tried many times on past 24 hours in case glitch continue have same problem.

i have tried cancel australian account can start new uk 1 can't find way cancel , gather forum common problem. if staff out there able cancel australian account, great.

any suggestions? have let australian plan expire means don't have access lightroom or photoshop, , i'm professional photographer need sort asap!
