as shuts down suggests backup catalogue files , following notification appears: "lightroom unable catalogue named xxx. please check folder permissions, , make sure have available space on drive , main catalog's drive".

i have 2 tb of disk space available.

i restarted lightroom, computer, tried create backup folder, nothing helped. please assist me.
