Cannot play any videos on my computer, windows 10 flash keeps crashing.

i have submitted post once before, , received no whatsoever, i'm trying 1 last time.  computer not allow me play videos @ all.  not in browsers (and i've tried 3 now:  firefox, chrome, , edge.) personal ones have saved on hard drive. also, problem has gotten worse, have found itunes crashing more , more often.  cannot prove connection, inclined believe 1 there. used able play youtube @ least, cannot that.  problem has been getting steadily worse , i'm starting pissed off it.  cannot use computer things need able because of problem, , feel if no 1 has been trying fix it.

 

my original fix system restore, , worked while, system crashes right after again.  cannot downgrade windows 8.1 because past month downgrade option.  have been considering reverting computer factory settings, don't know fix problem, , lot of hassle go through solution may not work.  have tried disabling/enabling various plugins in browsers, , i've turned off hardware acceleration, , i've sent many crash reports firefox.

 

i running lenovo yoga, on 64-bit system, flash 19.0.0.185, firefox 41. if need further information, please let me know.  solved can done need to.

could try instructions in post see if helps?  caused faulty audio driver.
