Creative cloud application is totally white when i open it. No access to apps, fonts, assets, etc.

hello, when try open creative cloud application normal user, blank white screen ( see image )

 

what i've tried far:

  • followed instructions forum enable root user login (system administrator)
  • logged in root
  • updated cc root
  • updated apps root

 

as laptop slowing down these days - logging in , out root user update major slowdown workflow. need more permanent fix solution. should not have log in root update software. appreciated. can provide info necessary. possible update these programs through command line? google search produced nothing in form of instructions on how so.

 

specs:

mac osx yosemite

macbook pro (late 2011 model)

16gb ram

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
