cs5 crashes when trying print psd file on epson r2400 after upgrading imac. jpeg or text files ok.

hi judithl,

 

would suggest make sure if printer drivers updated.

 

if not work, need answers following questions:

  • is happening particular psd file or all?
  • does photoshop crash go file > print?
  • or, when hit print button under print settings?

acrobat pro dcを最新版にしたところ(2015.006.30096)、一部のpdfファイルを開くことができなくなりました。ファイルをダブルクリックして開こうとすると、添付のようなエラーが出ま す。この問題が発生するのは、acrobat xのclearscanでocrをかけたものが多い印象です。他のpdfでは問題がありません。この問題は以前に何度も発生したので、カスタマーサポートにお聞きしてクリーンインストールし なおしましたが、インストールしたときは問題なかったのですが、最新版に更新されてしまった後は問題が発生しています。なお、これらのファイルはpreviewでは開くことができます。しかし 、previewで保存しなおすと、clearscanのフォントの情報が抜け落ちでしまいます(検索できなくなり、テクストをコピーアンドペーストすると空白になります)ので、どうしたもの かと困っています。以前はacrobat xがインストールされていたので、それで開いて保存しなおすことでdcでも開くことができるようになりましたが、カスタマーサポートが複数のバージョンのacrobatが入っていると干渉す る可能性があるとおっしゃったので、アンインストールさせられてしまいました。 Acrobatコミュニティフォーラム (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe
