Premier Pro Merge Clips Remove Audio from AV Clip Greyed Out

hi all,

 

i using adobe creative cloud in osx10.11.1 beta 3 environment.  have decided use beta 3 operating system because many of filters used in audition cause application crash.  beta 3 eliminates these crashes.

 

in case, issue faced associated premier pro version 2015.0.2 build 9.0.2 (6) has merging audio , video clips.  in past, able merge clips , @ same time delete audio av clip.  currently, box allowed me delete av audio upon merging "greyed" out , can not selected.

 

my question doing wrong (i still relatively new premier pro) or bug introduced combination of el capitan , adobe's recent release of creative cloud suite.

 

i appreciate given.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
