dragging photo snaps back

when montaging photos when drag photo 1 position snaps back. have jerk make move.

hi eds,

 

greetings!!!

are using wacom tablet  or other tablet ?

if yes try use normal mouse.

also try on different document , check if getting same result, might document specific.
