I cannot open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

can please explain me how can acrobat reader dc work? i've accepted terms , restarted , still not working. need asap.

please tell me version of os using.

once install adobe reader completely, need click on reader icon (created on desktop) , launch software.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...

How to use PF_PROGRESS function
