I have continued problems with flash player using ie 11

i had previous version 19 , had problems when go web site play video , need install flash player , had installed. decided install newer version of flash player , deleted older version , tried install newest version. tried many times install multi problems one- doesn't install , says not have proper priviliges. two-active x not registered , don't know if have installed since doesn't done. in older version have re-install flash each time visited web site watch video , check n\my add-ons , enabled. don't know why having many problems trying install or use flash player

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
