Lightroom and Photoshop wont start. Says trial expired when i have monthly plan.

i keep trying start lightroom , says sign in. sign in , goes thank screen. sign in screen keeps coming lightroom wont start. went in cc app , says trial. pay monthly subscription plan don't know whats going on. removed opm.db , didnt work. closed down adobe related programs in task manager , restarted. same thing. signed in , out. nothing working. fine last time used lightroom , ps couple days ago.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
