Menu doesn't appear with DVD

so i've made menu in encore cs6 , have previewed , burned disc (the way other forums have told me to). when play dvd on dvd player , television, menu doesnt pop @ all. how make menu first thing pops up?

 

if helps, when turn on dvd player, select dvd in player , sends me through several folders files supposed burned on disc.

 

what going on here? first time using encore , i'm utterly confused.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
