pc crash when i try NEF files to open

when try open nef files (raw) photoshop, computer chrashes. use windows 7 pc. before using wondows 10, thought problem, install windows 7 again. problem still same. in lightroom pc crahes. pc shut down , restart. mark on graphicprocesor wont help. can work jpg-files not nef files?

any ideas?

what system information(ram , version of windows 7) ?

from camera did click raw files ?

are able open files in nikon transfer ?

what version of photoshop using ?

when last time able open files ?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
