Evertz DreamCatcher Footage - Preview Source Monitor Failure - The Importer Reported A Generic Error

i have footage exported out of evertz dreamcatcher sitting on shared drives. when loading footage in premiere (2015.0.2) error message 90% of files. out of 90% of files not work, 10% of can opened in source monitor clicking , dragging windows explorer straight source monitor. wont import footage. has experienced issue, , have potential fixes error message?

 

the files .movs prores 422 codec. figure if prores isnt compatible, should not work , not majority.

ok ... first, if you're on pc, codec of prores can problematic @ times, should either work or not-work ... do, don't isn't typical. if 1 has qucktime player windows installed & updated, prores should just play & load.
i know there occasional issues on server situations, you'll need bit of background ... vinay dwivedi or kevin-monahan or maybe john t smith might of assistance if they're checking in today ...

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
