Everything really pixelated in adobe bridge

everything text photo pixelated until open , boots photoshop. please help. (not computer savvy please explain each step)

please reset bridge preferences , try it.

 

steps

start adobe bridge , press ctrl+alt+shift (windows) or command+option+shift (mac os) until reset settings dialog box appears.

select 3 options--reset preferences, reset standard workspaces, , purge entire thumbnail cache--and click ok.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
