Activating Creative Cloud


dear adobe team

 

i have paid creative cloud on monthly subscription e-mail adress.

 

the payment has gone off , have logged in same e-mail , still

i'm in trial mode?

 

there not support active products on website?

 

could please give me contact details e.g. telephone number or technical contact person

in africa, south africa, america , perhaps mars?

 

i have done according instructions , account on website has still

stated have no registered products? should do?!

for trial :-

first, sign out , in creative cloud, using same adobe id used pay subscription,

then, if launch cc 2015 product , pop still shows trial message window, please see link resolution:
