Can DPS 2015 publish stand-alone app like DPS folio?

i've been going through dps 2015 information, can't seem find definitive info if dps 2015 can publish stand-alone app, similar older dps folios? still possible users download app, not have go through app store/google play store/windows store dps 2015? or have continue use original dps build , publish folios?

i'm not sure understand question. referring doing enterprise distribution of apps? dps 2015 no different prior digital publishing suite product: end result custom app ios/android/windows displays content.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
