Help needed with LR and PS CC workflow

can me workflow?  switched on cc aperture , ps elements.  take raw image aperture , open psd in ps , click save.  update in aperture. 

 

my images opening raw files in ps , running very slow, files huge.  there way around this?  have set tif.  images saving folder tif dont show in lr.  , don't.  images there because if go folder can see them.  ideally open high quality jpgs in ps instead of raw , need know doing wrong them save lr.  tia!

if want images show psd in lightroom after editing in photoshop, need follow below steps :

1. go lightroom preferences > external editing

2. change file format psd under edit in adobe photoshop [they open raw first in photoshop format change psd after saving file]

 

if unable images in lightroom, might want create new catalog , test within that.
