How do I install LUTs permanently to that nifty panel at the bottom?

so have had old search around , cannot find answer question.  have noticed in resolve there super quick , neat way this.  please tell me there way of doing in speedgrade.

 

if question not clear enough:

i have downloaded pretty awesome looking (and affordable) set of luts rocket rooster , use them.  yes, can go , hit little "+" icon , select sub menu , select lut , go , find lut looking (although don't know looking for) , add lut, such round way of doing things, if experimenting different looks.  there many hit , miss with.  there not way (as there in resolve) load luts handy panel @ bottom pre-installed speedlooks etc found?  , can hover on see effect having.

how bottom, middle panel - management. hit little '+' there , move on left file tree folder view , guide folder rocket rooster set of luts are. hover mouse on top of lower third panel boundry line and  double arrow adjust, give larger view of file tree.
